Tuna Plate

3-4 foods thermally altered pasta
one or two bins tuna (drained)
½ mug low obesity cottage cheddar dairy product (exhausted)
¼ drink shredded low obesity cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. low overweight mayo Ground black pepper
½ mug canned peas (rinsed & worn-out)

In medium bowl, unite all ingredients and stir up until well-mixed. Microwave for about a tiny once prepared to help.
